good god, i am by saying this here probably cursing the hope you do
absolutely wreck their backbone database entirely
im not allowed outside off this unit at all unless weather permitting
for 20 minutes and cindy says "i should be nice to her"
that tells me she is saying, i have no reason to feel captive
as if i have to be civil the entire tjme
and ya there is way worse scenarios than mine

You have access to USENET/Google groups and email. I never had any of that during my 2 week psychiatric stay around 2007 and it ended up helping at the time although mind numbingly boring. Food was decent and there was two different tvs. We also were only allowed outside on nice days for a twenty minute escorted walk. One female patient somehow got crack and was caught smoking it outside. Could walk around the hospital although a security guard gave me flack for that once. There were some dudes so mentally ill they would not leave the locked rooms even though they were allowed to.
