After being let go in the 1990s by the Croatian police with the valid Croatian passport, notorious Serbian war criminal Željko Ražnjatović Arkan and his "White Eagles" special corps had only slain Bosnian Muslims, which was not all that bad for their Croatian allies.

If it weren't for the US intervention in the 1995, the Bosnian people might have gone down the way of Srebrenica.

The Bosnian government thanks Croatia for all the help, but in the 1990s the Croatian army did very little to stop decimation Bosnians by two armies.

In part, every slain Bosnian was one less to disturb the interest of the marionette "tvorevina" Herzeg-Bosna, under Croatian Herzegowina nationalists, and one less to obstruct the plans which president Tuđman openly announced in an interview with then revolutionary journalist R.B. (identity hidden): to secede Herzeg-Bosna from the internationally recognised Bosnia-Herzegowina borders and reestablish Croatia in borders of "Banovina Hrvatska" according to the Cvetković-Maček agreement from 1939.

In light of this, allowing any decent weaponry to the Bosnian army from the Arab countries would only harm the Banovina Hrvatska plan, for a strong Bosnian army would prevent that from happening, being able to withstand the battle on both fronts.

In the long run, many Croats have sweet talk, but they will undermine Bosnians invariably where they do not look or see.
